Beautiful. All perfect
The room was very clean and well appointed.
The hacienda is very large with many great spaces including 2 pools, a cenote and great walking/biking paths. The service was the best part. We had a very responsive concierge to help with tours. And the other staff were very friendly.

The grounds were vast and the staff lovely. Also only 20 minutes from Mérida city centre. It has as 2 pools, plus the man-made cenote and plenty of space to sit and relax. I also really enjoyed all the trees and greenery after being in the city for so long. At night, there were lots of lovely hanging lights making everywhere look pretty, although quite a few weren't working. Lovely massage and good communication from reception even prior to our stay.
The place is beautiful, It is a place that combines the beauty of the past with the comfort of the present. The food is very good. And The staff was very kind, friendly and attentive.
Honestly not much. The interior of the Valentina's restaurant was nice. The property itself is not bad but absolutely not well maintained. Such a wasted potential

A very nice property, full of charm and authentic. the hotel is big but large enough to do not feel the other guests. The hotel has two pools and a restaurant open the all day, and a nice bar during night.

This facility is beautiful, every detail is magnificent. As beautiful as the pictures are on the website, it is more stunning upon arrival. The food in the restaurant was delicious and elegantly prepared. We used the hotel as home base to visit sites near Merida. Later in the trip we stayed in downtown Merida, and with the traffic it took us 30 minutes to get outside of Merida. We highly recommend Hacienda Santa Cruz not only for its beauty but for its easy access to the highway and visiting sites nearby. We also loved our waiter - he was charming and taught us a lot about the area and also gave us excellent meal suggestions.
