Overview
The highlight of this tour is that the characteristics of the cenotes are different, as two are open (1. Cenote Xooch and 2. Cenote Pool Cocom), another closed (3. Cenote Cascabel) and the last, semi-open (4. Cenote Chaksinkin); all surrounded by native flora and fauna, all 4 have stairs for safe access.
This parador is the only one in Yucatán that has an elevator to access one of its cenotes (El cenote Pool Cocom) for the exclusive use of people in wheelchairs, adults or pregnant people.
To get to 3 of these cenotes you take a train or bicycle and you have free time of one hour to swim in each one. You can also enjoy the facilities where there are lounge chairs to enjoy the site and play areas so the little ones can have fun.
We finish the tour with a delicious meal in a typical restaurant in the same place in Santa Barbara, which has a wide variety of dishes to choose from.
